Today we went to see the BODIES exhibition! My life partner Antonio recommended on the tour since the first time he heard it’s coming to Madrid- especially after long time of confirmations with the Spanish authority.
Gunther von Hagens- is a controversial German anatomist who invented the technique for preserving biological tissue specimens called plastination. The exhibition is impressive, unbelievably penetrating- even if you are restrained person!
At the exhibition you can see: heart, kidneys, healthy and disrupted lungs, human fetus development, dead bodies without skin where we can see the muscles, veins, structure of the inside and many more anatomic cutting.
The feeling is individual- some people can sit and watch it like is some kind of artifact, they can write in their notebooks and some of them are fainting and feeling nauseas (like me).
I was very impressed by the work it’s crossing the limits of art and reality. Most of the time I saw a dead person butchered into pieces, it was impossible for me to observe it like a scientist or a medicine student, what can I do, my heart is weak.
You can actually see real meat soaked with blood or some other liquids, and is just so real! So when you know, one hundred percent that it is a real dead body in front of you, the experience is irreversible!
I really wanted to stay, and I’ve asked to rest for a while so we can return to the beginning- but I just couldn’t avoid of feeling nauseas, so we’ve- almost fainted, after a while I thought I was ready, but it was just another helpless round.
It was a real effort to bring me back home, because I couldn’t back to myself- I wanted to throw up and all my stomach rolled over, my face turned into white and pale, I barely could talk.
So, after all continuously complains I can only say, that Gunther von Hagens is a genious man- but this kind of “art” is not for every one- people who are fainting when they see blod, or they have a weak heart are not recomended for this exhibition.
This is amazing “art” and if you are strong enough to watch dead body as a whole- you have a lot to see and learn, it’s an unforgettable feeling!

| Few tips for young parents |

Q-What should we do, if the child waking up in the middle of the night?
A- The child must understand that he cannot play, or get any attention from the parent, because he had all day with them and now is time to sleep.
So every the time your child wakes up, you should return him to the bed repeatedly, without any irritation of communication, no hugs, no sweet words, and no anger just- MUTE!
Remember it can be a white night for you but he will understand that next time, no matter how long he’ll try, it will not help!
Even if he is angry, even if he’s crying, the message will be, that no anger or crying have no power to make things work, but if you’ll be affected by the manipulation of your child, you’ll make him grow spoiled and unready to deal with the world outside!
You child must understand that you have your needs as well, and he’ll understand the same about the needs of the rest of the world, it’ll help him in the future!
Q- what should we do, if the child does not want to sleep?
A- you are his parent, and not a friend 35 years old. You make the time line to sleep, and you have to stand on it!
If you decide to put your child in bed at 20:30, you must understand for yourself that the service time is over for today.
# No water.
# No more hugs.
# No more going to the toilet.
You as a parent finished your day; you are responsible that all the basic needs of your child will be done before you put him to bed!
If your child is resisting, put him back to the room repeatedly!
Q- Shopping, how can we prevent problems with children when we are taking them to the supermarket?
A- if your child is toddler, he will be very interested to sit in the trolley and watch you doing the shopping, but if he is already walking he must know how to behave in a place of irritations and desires. Obvious he does not know what is money and where it’s coming from.
If your child knows how to read and write, you should give him responsibility when you are going to make shopping:
Prepare with him a shopping list at home, which he will be responsibly to bring for you to the trolley.
Tell him, than now it is his responsibility.
If your child will still be interested to “grab” something that not coming from the list, tell him that you can’t buy it because it’s not in the list but for the next time you’ll consider it with him. Even if he’ll fall on the floor, you’ll take him physically in your hands to the way out. Without anger, or explanation- you’ve already explained it to him once, take him out while at the same time you understand his frustration, but the big message is: “ You cannot win my attention by crying or kicking”.
The message will be: “ not every time you asking the answer will be YES!”

| I Want To Volunteer- BUT I Don’t Have The moneY |

It’s been three days now, that I’m studying the process where to volunteer and how to do the whole process. My first guess was that for these special journeys you have special organizations that are responsible for the tickets and the basic needs of the volunteer.
I’ve found many sites and organizations that talking about volunteering; starting from saving monkeys and whales and to go on to the orphans in all over the globe, and the list is endless.
There are so many things people can help with, especial with today’s means! The world need as much hand as it can get to come to someone’s aid- and it’s just inseminating that the only obstacle to come and help will be the lack of money to buy a simple ticket or have a plate on the table!
The concept of volunteer is coming from help people without making money from it, but I just couldn’t believe that is going so far with the starvation. How they want to encourage the volunteer, to help to the needed nations if in his world they’re starving their own assistance.
It’s a basic knowledge of the human kind, that there are many problems you cannot resolve with money. If the needed institutions interested in financial support then you have many people who are able to give it to them, but if they need help from manpower and social support then the only thing that must worry them is if these volunteers will be a real help. In that way when the material and the social meet each other the balance is coming to its satisfaction.
I think that each one of us should make a difference. There are many issues in the world that require our attention.
One of them is the gap between the human civilizations. The western society has done a significant progress. Advanced medicine, warming means in order to survive the winter and a cool one to make the summer pleasant- you don’t have to walk anymore since you have cars, trains, buses, planes. Today there is no need to work the animals on the field because you have machines for that.
But on the other side, there is an irreversible distraction as a result of all this growth. It seems that we have everything, but people complaining all the time- the life of today can’t be more comfortable than is already is, and all the time the only thing we can hear is, THE LIFE IS SUCKS!!!
Because we made everything easy, so easy that we don’t even need to move ourselves to send a letter or buy bread in the convenience store- because you simply can order it by Internet, the human kind is in human CRISIS! We forgot that our basics are in the nature, and what’s killing us is the lack of nature! We don’t use it any more, because it’s too hard for us to walk, swim, make a fire, take care of animals- our body is in backslide and we are fighting with ourselves!
Something wrong inside, something is screaming that we are in wrong place, but no one can help us- so the human kind has developed this special people who can resolve our problems, and people who are giving special services to release the anxiety. But NO one is realizing that this anxiety is coming from the effort to fight with our real needs, we don’t feel natural anymore.
We are sitting in front of the computer nine hours a day- and sometimes days and nights and then we are complaining on our back and an eye aches! It’s not natural to breath the contamination- but we’re breathing it and eating it, and we’re sitting on the toilet boil which in the distant future will reduce the hips system and we’ll loose control on our digestion process.
How many of you are aware of unnatural way of life? Sit and try to write five unnatural things that the human kind are doing without knowing his destructive, try and write it without checking it out in Internet- do you aware of your nature? How much you know yourself? How much you know your needs?
This is amazing, because most of the world thinks that the wild is the most dangerous, that you can die there in seconds, but here, in the city people dying every day- slowly, starving, tortured, chasing after money, escaping from god and demons, suffering from judgments, afraid from themselves and the wild- Do you think you live in the safe world or maybe THIS is the wild?
In Africa, Namibia, Lion parks in South Africa, Tanzania there is needed people, animals, and places to recover, teach, and to give warmth! In this case we need each other, they can heal our sorrow by letting us to enter into their lives and reminisce our abilities. While we know how to teach them to see, beyond the survival by simple observing the mind is able to create a process that we can implement by ourselves. And because we’ve discovered so many mysteries, we must share it with the rest of the world in order to short the gap between the human civilizations.
There is no such a thing unconditional love- everyone wants to feel tiny amount of recognition for the things they’re doing, unless you want nuns in your team. So you must give them the feeling that what they are doing is significant, and by doing this you giving them this love they yearning to receive in return.
When you giving a drink to a plant, it’s growing and giving fruits but if you don’t there will not be any. Thus how the human nature works, if you not feeding is not growing.
Here are some ideas to provide a solution to this problem:
# Talk with the government about volunteer arrangement, that with this document people will be able to cross the sea to assist the needed nations. Then, give them everything so they will acclimatize to the new environment.
# Give the volunteer organizations a budget so they will have the means to gather volunteer groups all over the globe.
Everything is possible if you really want to make it happen, what is amazing to reveal is that the ones who are not interested in this assistance is the needed countries themselves, you’re basically have to convince them that you’re coming to work for free in order to assist the distressed population.
There are many politics in this manner, and we are not the politics people- however we are peace persuaders, peace means freedom! Freedom from politics, freedom from borders, freedom from nations- and we just want to be there with everyone and dance the celebration of life! If you’ll open for us the materialistic doors, miracles will happen!
